She married Herman Henry "Speck" Uhrich on July 26, 1943; he preceded her in death on December 20, 1972. Irene married Oliver E. Wendell on September 30, 1975; he preceded her in death on August 9, 1996. She worked at Tommy's Market where she later retired. Irene loved to fish, hunt, and travel. She enjoyed spending time with her siblings and her nieces and nephews. Irene was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; Herman Henry "Speck" Uhrich and Oliver E. Wendell; brothers, Julius Sam Stamer and Leo C. Stamer; sisters, Delores Person, Josephine Park, Velma Smith and Elsie Pavelka; infant brother, Henry Stamer; and other family members.
