Description	:	Funerl services for the late Irl K. Stanton, widely known rancher of the Brusett region, was held at 2:00 O'clock Interment was in Butte Creek cemetery. Death came to Mr. Stanton at his home Friday morning, following a heart attack. He had been in Jordan the previous day transacting business and in his meeting with friends gave no indication of illness. The Fairview services conducted by the Rev. Wm. G. Johnson were said to have been the largest in attendance ever held in that community, attesting the high esteem in which Mr. Stanton was held. Irl was born in selma, Kansas on July 22, 1892. He resided there until 1914 when he came with his parents to the Blackfoot section of the pressent Garfield county. That has been his place of residence ever since, exceptfor the time he served in the army during WWI. On February 12, 1919 he was united in marriage to Alma E. Hebrew at Dodge city, Kansas and returned to their Montana homestead. To that union two children were born, Mrs Dora E Price wife of Gordon and Glenn W. Stanton, both of Brusett, Montana.
