Irma was a member of the Bangor Liberty Friends Church in Bangor. She loved painting and ceramics. She also enjoyed attending jam sessions in Marshalltown and the surrounding areas. Survivors include her son Robert (Jeanette) Roe of Clemons; a daughter, Beverly (Otto) Young of Ovett, Mississippi; ten grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Hugh (Florence) Miller of Clemons; and a sister, Flossie Jane Manning of Eldora, Iowa.
