Description	:	Isaac is a son of Bostian Sebastian Overly and Christina Kempf of Ross County Ohio. He married Elizabeth Wurtzbaugh on September 13, 1831 and the family began to move west. By 1843 they lived in Delphi, Indiana and finally moved to Crawford County Kansas. The unlocated children are: Nancy Weaver 1841 - ? It appears Isaac changed the name from Overly to Overley for reasons unknown although other family members were doing the same thing in the 1830s.
