Description	:	Isaac was the son of John Rogers Jr. and Martha Clayton. He married Ann Taylor by license dated 6 July 1768. He succeeded his father in the homestead farm of 300 acres. He also occupied the farm that belonged to his brother Joseph for a time, bounding the homestead on the east side of Assunpink Creek. He died on 2 or 20 Aug. 1826, and his death is recorded by the Chesterfield Monthly Meeting of Friends, of which he was a member. Note: Isaac's brother, John Rogers III, in his 1792 will, directed the completion of the stone wall around his burying ground. It seems likely that other Rogers family members were buried here besides John III and his wife (who left no surviving children). This possibly includes Isaac and Ann (Taylor) Rogers, who lived in Windsor Twp. There is no documentation of a gravestone here for either of them, however.
