Blanche Galley Hodge was born at Cadams, Nebraska, September 13, 1899, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Galley. On October 12, 1916 she was married at Central City to Roscoe Hodge. Five years later they made the move to Palmer where they have resided since 1921.... Blanche Galley Hodge was born at Cadams, Nebraska, September 13, 1899, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Galley. On October 12, 1916 she was married at Central City to Roscoe Hodge. Five years later they made the move to Palmer where they have resided since 1921. For over four decades she was an active member of the Palmer Church of Christ. Only in recent years being forced to take a lesser role by reason of physical disability. Mrs. Hodge is survived by her husband; 4 sons, Chester of Red Cloud, Forrest of Junction City, Kansas, Clarence of Deerwood, Minn., and Elmer of Sullivan, Mo.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Virginia Hafer of Greenfield, Ohio and Mrs. Wilma June Passaniti of Dayton, Ohio; 2 brothers, Homer of Wyoming and Phillip of California; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Howell of Grand Island, seventeen grandchildren and a host of friends.
