Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 15, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Monticello, with the Rev. John Kramer officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monticello. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 15, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Monticello, with the Rev. John Kramer officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monticello. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 14, at Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, where there will be a scripture service at 8 p.m. She was born on Nov. 22, 1924, in Cascade, daughter of William Sr. and Florence Dunn Kauder. She was a graduate of St. Martin's, Cascade, Mercy School of Nursing and the University of Iowa. She married LaVern Lambert on Aug. 31, 1946, at St. Mary's, Phoenix, Ariz.; he preceded her in death in 1993. Over her professional nursing career, Jacqueline was employed in numerous health care facilities, as well as Kirkwood Teaching Health Occupations. For many years, she was employed at the Monticello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in various nursing positions, most recently as Health Records Coordinator. We know Jacquie was very thankful for all of the years of employment and camaraderie with staff, residents and their families. She was a Cadet Nurse, Monticello's 1st Woman of the Year, in 2004, Charter Member of 100 Great Nurses of Iowa, in 2005, a member of Military Trail Questers, Our Lady of Fatima Study Club, Pizza Club, Monticello Golf Club, Sacred Heart Committee Member, election poll worker and enjoyed yearly family vacations. Surviving are her children, Michael Sr., and wife, Audrey, Patrick, and wife, Jennifer, all of Monticello, Michele Glanz, and husband, Tom, of Marion, and Patrice Lambert, and husband, Bill Hosch, of Cascade; three sisters, Phyllis Dolphin, Lois (John) Sullivan and Nancy (Dick) Sullivan, all of Cascade; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Angie (Tim) Lambert-Cox, Austin, Dylan, Lily, Maggie, Carson, Michael (Shannon) Lambert Jr., Jordan, Maddie and Lauren, all of Monticello, Joe (Sara) Lambert, Mason and Mazzie, all of Cedar Rapids, Tara (Scott) Brighton, Emma and Blaine, of Monticello, Janda (Adam) Pino, Ava and John Lambert, all of Cedar Rapids, Jeff Lambert, of Monticello, Tanner Glanz, of Denver, Abbie Glanz, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Ross Glanz, of Marion; numerous nieces and nephews, of which she had a special relationship; three sisters-in-law, Rita Kauder and Joan Kauder, both of Cascade, and Diana Kauder, of Dubuque; and her loving pets, Smokie and Alley. She also was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Bill, Fred and Ken Kauder; a sister-in-law LaVon Brashaw; and two brothers-in-law, Skip Dolphin and Eldon Brashaw.
