Jacqueline was born October 5, 1932 in Tekamah, NE to Alfred and Gladys (Holiday) Dinehart. She grew up in Tekamah and attended school there. Jacqueline married Gordon Nelson on July 30, 1949 in Papillion, NE. They moved from Craig, NE to Fremont in January of 1995. Gordon died December 7, 1998. She is survived by son, Charles Nelson of Scottsbluff, NE; daughter, Karen (Wayne) Parker of Fremont; sister, Norma Safranek of Omaha; 2 grandchildren, Jeff (Meredith) Nelson of Colorado Springs, CO and Tim (Jaime) Nelson of Navarre, FL; 6 great grandchildren, Avery, Parker, Porter, Piper, Timothy and Kayla Nelson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Cleora Harney, Zona Carlson and Iola Jennings; and brothers, Orvill, Donald, Glen, Boyd and Dorman Dinehart. Funeral service will be 10 AM, Saturday, November 26, 2016 at First United Methodist Church in Fremont. The Rev. Michael McGregor will officiate. Visitation Friday 5 PM to 8 PM at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont and on Saturday at church 1 hour prior to service. Burial will be in the Argo Cemetery, east of Uehling, NE. Memorials may be directed to the family for a charity yet to be determined." Moser Memorial Chapel, Fremont, Nebraska.
