Bissett, 76, Baltimore, Md., who died 11 December in Baltimore. Born in Piedmont 18 July 1920, he was the son of the late Keyran Bissett and Agnes Spicer Bissett. He was also preceded in death by four sisters, Marie Laughlin, Margaret Eckman, Madeline Lee and Katherine Fredlock. Mr. Bissett was a graduate of St. Peter's High School in Westernport and a veteran of World War II. He retired as a materials inspector for the State of Maryland....
