Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Marilyn Bracey Allen; sons, J. Carlisle Allen, Jr. and John Allen, both of Latta; a brother, Cecil Allen of Latta, and sisters, Mrs. Gladys Johnson and Mrs. William Bacum, both of Jacksonville, Fla. Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Latta Presbyterian Church, with burial in Magnolia Cemetery. Published in The State, September 20, 1990
