DeBoer, 46, well-known farmer of 8 miles southwest of Sioux Center, who died at the Methodist hospital in Sioux City about 10:30 a.m., Wednesday of a heart ailment. He was taken to the Sioux City hospital Friday, and was in a coma for a time prior to his passing. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Harry Brower and burial will be made in the Sioux Center Community cemetery under the direction of Vander Ploeg's Funeral home. Mr. De Boer was born in Sioux Center January 5, 1915, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry De Boer, and had resided all his life in this vicinity.
