| Description | : | James “Jimmy” Edward Tincher, 74, of Crag, was the son of the late Ethel Beatrice Miller Tincher and Howard Edgar Tincher. Jimmy was born with Cerebal Palsy. His mother was told that he would never live past the age of 12. He was an invalid his entire life, never getting to do many of the things we take for granted, but each time you saw him, he had a smile for you.
