According to the 1900 census he was born May 1829 in Moravia, emigrated to the United States in 1873, and had been married for 41 years. At that time he farmed in Linwood Township, Butler County, Nebr. with his wife and two sons. Father of Mary Husak (age 18 years, born Moravia) who married Anton Stuchlik in Fremont, Nebraska on January 27, 1874.
