Mr. Linhart had apparently been in good health, except that he had complained of shortness of breath and had consulted a doctor two or three times during the last three weeks before his death. His body was found in an upstairs room by, Floyd Miller, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Simon Miller, with whom Mr. Linhart made his home. The aged was partially dressed and had one shoe on. Apparently, he had been stricken while sitting on the edge of bed to put on the other shoe. The physician who was called said he probably died instantly. The decedent’s wife also died suddenly, presumably of an apoplectic on June 20, 1932. She was found dead in bed in the morning after seemingly having been in perfect health the day before. Mr. Linhart was born Nov. 16, 1858 in Bohemia, coming to America alone at the age of 17. His parents followed him to this country two or three years later. The decedent spent all of the remainder of his life on farms around Clutier. He was married in 1888 to Mary Vondrak. The couple lived until seventeen years ago on the farm east of Clutier where Fred Linhart now resides, and then moved to the adjoining farm on which both died. They were the parents of seven children, of whom only one son and two daughters are now living. These are Fred Linhart and Mrs. Otto Smolik, both of the Clutier neighborhood, and Mrs. Charles Hlas, Elberon. One daughter Mrs. Louis Havran, died in 1919, and three daughters died in infancy Mr. Linhart also is survived by one brother and three sisters, who are Louis Linhart, Mrs. Kate Buresh and Mrs. Mary Kubalek, all of the Clutier community, and Mrs. James Cherveny, Toledo. After his wife's death, Mr. Linhart continued to live on his home farm with the Miller family, who came here from South Dakota, Mrs. Miller being a cousin of Mrs. Linhart. The funeral service was held Tuesday morning at St. Vaclav church with the Rev. Father Thomas Vopatek in charge. Burial was in the St. Vaclav cemetery.
