Born in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Emery and Molly Eccard Harshman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis G. Duffey Sr. in 1968. She was a member of the Hagerstown Church of the Brethren, where she sang in the church choir. She was a former member of the Cumberland Valley Choristers. Duffey Jr. and David Duffey, both of Hagerstown; 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. The Rev. Dr. Guy E. Wampler will officiate. Burial will be in the Beaver Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. The family requests the omission flowers.
