Read More	Jane was born in Kent County, England on 22 Jun 1808. The town she was born in is still unknown as are her parents. She came to Canada in 1816 at the age of 8. In 1825 she married Thomas H. Wickham in Canada. Thomas was also born in Kent, England. Since her first child (George) was born in Perth, Canada, it is very likely she and Thomas Wickham were married there. She and Thomas and their son George entered the U.S. from Perth, Canada in 1830 into Morristown, N.Y. From there they made their way across the country to Tippecanoe County, Indiana, then to White County, Indiana where they settled. They had 12 children between 1825-1850. They were: 1. George G., b. 1825, Perth, Ontario, Canada 2. Elizabeth B., b. 21 Sep 1828, Yorkshire, New York (prev Canada) 3. Thomas H., b. abt 1829, Yorkshire, New York 4. She was a member of the Reform Dunkard church. Jane passed away on 13 Dec 1877 of typhoid pneumonia in Monticello, White County, Indiana and was buried in the Warden Cemetery in the same place. Her headstone reads: "JANE / WIFE OF / T.H. WICKHAM / DIED / DEC. 13, 1877 / AGED / 69Y 5M 21D".
