The Killer Randolph Reeves is still incarcerated in State of Nebraska. On March 29, 1980, Randolph Reeves, 24, killed Janet Mesner and Victoria Lamm in a Quaker Meeting House in Lincoln. ... The Killer Randolph Reeves is still incarcerated in State of Nebraska. On March 29, 1980, Randolph Reeves, 24, killed Janet Mesner and Victoria Lamm in a Quaker Meeting House in Lincoln. Janet and Victoria were friends and were related. Randolph, who had been drinking heavily had ingested some peyote buttons, entered a window of the house and either sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault Janet in her bedroom. In the course of the assault, Randolph stabbed Janet seven times with a knife he had taken from the kitchen. When Victoria entered the room during the assault, Randolph stabbed her to death. Janet was mortally wounded, but was able to find a phone and dialed 911.
