Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Clarence, Iowa. Janice Emily Muesing was born October 8, 1936, in Cedar County, the daughter of Chris and Emma (Ebert) Muesing. She married William Louis Resewehr on November 18, 1956, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. The couple farmed near Clarence, until retiring. William passed away on December 5, 2017. She was a sweet, caring and giving person, who had a great smile and laugh. She was a devoted farm wife and mother in her earlier years. Above all, she truly enjoyed the time spent with her grandchildren. She is survived by three sons, Kerry Resewehr of Cedar Falls, Kirk (Kathy) Resewehr of Katy, TX, and Kevin (Tracie) Resewehr of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren, MacKenzie, Jarrett and Jason Resewehr; and three sisters, Delores Ruther, Joan Meyer and Bernita Biere, all of Clarence. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, Kelly Jo Resewehr, four brothers, Walter, Raymond, Harold and Marvin Muesing and one sister, Eleanor Schroeder.
