Description	:	Jeffrey A. Jack, 65, of Keosauqua, Iowa passed away on May 16, 2019 at Keosauqua Health Care Center. He was born on March 30, 1954 in Iowa City Iowa and adopted by Robert and Frances Wallace Jack. Jeffrey graduated from DeWitt High School and began work as a laborer detailing cars. He was married and later divorced. Jeffrey enjoyed writing, he often wrote about his memories of the lakes and state parks that he spent his time in as a child. Jack, 65, of Keosauqua, Iowa passed away on May 16, 2019 at Keosauqua Health Care Center. He was born on March 30, 1954 in Iowa City Iowa and adopted by Robert and Frances Wallace Jack. He regularly attended the Keosauqua United Methodist Church. He is survived by his mother, Frances Jack of Keosauqua; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Jack; and Roberta Jeanne Jack. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Harness Cemetery in Mount Sterling, Iowa with Pastor Mary Kathryn Hart officiating. Jeffrey enjoyed animals and memorials in Jeffrey’s honor may be directed to a local animal shelter. The family of Jeffrey Jack would like to thank the Keosauqua Health Care Center and EveryStep Hospice of Mount Pleasant for their excellent care and compassion for Jeffrey during his final days.
