Mr. Jeffrey Alan Boyer, son of Herschel T. and Betty Brown Boyer Jr., died Sunday, Dec. 15, at his residence in Jefferson. He was born in Frederick, Feb. 23, 1957. Surviving, besides his parents, are one sister, Miss Deborah Anne Boyer, at home; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Ann Grace Brown, Jefferson, paternal grandmother, Mrs. Herschel T. Boyer Sr., Jefferson; his maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Grace Culler, Frederick; and his paternal step-great-grandmother, Mrs. Mary V. Boyer, Jefferson. Mr. Boyer was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Jefferson. Mr. Boyer is at the Robert E. Dailey and Son Funeral Home, 1201 North Market Street, where the family will receive friends on Monday, Dec. 16 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home Tuesday, Dec. 17, at 11 a.m., with his former pastor, the Rev. George W. Fitch Jr., officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Jefferson. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation.
