Jeffrey Scott Nordman was born on July 30, 1967 at Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the son of Leland "Joe" and Carolann (Konda) Nordman. Jeffrey Scott Nordman was born on July 30, 1967 at Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the son of Leland "Joe" and Carolann (Konda) Nordman. He grew up in Lennox attending Lennox public school and graduating from Lennox High School in 1986. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve 323rd Chemical Company. Jeff was deployed into active duty during the Gulf War in 1991 and served in Iraq, until his honorable discharge. He was married to Michelle Carlson in 1995 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Tea, SD. One daughter, Brooke, was born to this union. He had lived in Tea, Lennox, Sioux Falls and currently lived in Marion where he was employed at Marion Oil. In the past he had worked for Gage Brothers, Northern Cabinet and Total Fire Protection. Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf. He was preceded in death by several grandparents,, his father Joe in 1996 and his foster father Kenneth Nordman in 2013. Grateful for having shared his life are his daughter Brooke Nordman, Lennox; his mother Carolann Smith, Freeman, siblings: Michael Nordman, Crystal Neuman and Dory Salvatierra all of Sioux Falls; grandmother Madeline Konda, Marion; foster mother Loretta Nordman, Lennox and a host of other relatives and friends.
