He was born September 5, 1897, at Overbrook, the son of Richard Columbus and Nancy Ann Clark Price, and spent most of his life in the Overbrook community. Services were at 10:30 am Monday at the United Methodist Church in Overbrook. Burial was in Overbrook cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Overbrook Library in care of the Greenwood-Roberts Funeral home, Overbrook. Casket bearers were Art Skaggs, Don Hylton, Francis Anderson, Kenneth, Huston, Vernon Clark, and Kenneth Palmer.
