Description	:	Jessica LaNell Peterson, age 6, and Jennifer LaNett Peterson, age 6, of Powers Lake, twin daughters of Bradley and Paula Peterson, died Sunday, March 31, 1991, upon arrival at the Tioga Community Hospital from injuries sustained in a home fire at their residence in Powers Lake. Their funeral was Wednesday, April 3, 1991, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church of Powers Lake. Burial followed in the Bethel Baptist Cemetery, also of Powers Lake. The first grade classmates of Jennifer’s and Jessica’s were designated as Honorary Casketbearers. They were born on April 11, 1984 at Minot, ND, daughters of Bradley and Paula (Bateman) Peterson. The family lived for a time in Garber, OK where the girls attended kindergarten. They moved to Powers Lake in April of 1990 and they have lived there where the girls were in the first grade. They are survived by their parents of Powers Lake; brother, Shawn Paul Bateman of Garber, OK; maternal grandparents, Paul and Betty Bateman of Garber, OK; maternal great-grandmother, Lydia Roberts of Delaware, OK; maternal great-grandfather, James Bateman of Enid, OK; and uncles, Paul Wayne Bateman of Garber, OK, and Terry Peterson of Froid, MT.
