Description	:	Mrs. Jewel Dean Crawley, 87, of Maysville, Arkansas, departed this life on Sunday morning, November 19, 2017, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas, after a sudden illness. Jewell entered this life on December 2, 1929, in Mannford, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Albert Louis and Crochia Priscilla (Posten) Swart. She was raised in Mannford and was a 1948, graduate of Olive High School in Olive, Oklahoma. Read More	Mrs. Jewel Dean Crawley, 87, of Maysville, Arkansas, departed this life on Sunday morning, November 19, 2017, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas, after a sudden illness. Jewell entered this life on December 2, 1929, in Mannford, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Albert Louis and Crochia Priscilla (Posten) Swart. She was raised in Mannford and was a 1948, graduate of Olive High School in Olive, Oklahoma. While working in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Rock Oil Company, she was introduced to Don Crawley and on October 1, 1955, they were united in marriage. For several years she worked alongside her husband in the operation of their dairy and poultry farm. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Gravette, a former 4-H Leader and a member of the Maysville EH Club since 1955. Jewel enjoyed time with her family and was an avid quilter. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of nearly sixty-one years, Don Crawley on September 14, 2016; two brothers, JC and Bill Swart; and two sisters, Imogene Kirkpatrick and Cora Lee Neiffer. Jewell is survived by her three sons, Russell Crawley and wife, Melinda, of Maysville, Arkansas, Dennis Crawley and wife, Ellen, of Nixa, Missouri and Tim Crawley and wife, Nikki, of Maysville, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Crawley are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at the Church of Christ in Gravette, Arkansas, with Robert Lawson and Bob Kirkley officiating. Those honoring her life by serving as pallbearers are Charles Swart, Anthony Swart, Phillip Swart, Mike Ford, Jim Singleton and Eddie Ballmann. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5-7:00 p.m. in the Southwest City Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes. Memorials are being directed to the Maysville EH Club c/o the funeral home. On-line condolences may be sent to the family through our website www.ozarkfuneralhome.com.
