Committal service will follow in the Occupy #1 Cemetery under the direction of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale. Jo Ann, 78, of Oberlin, entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 8, 2019 in Oberlin. She was born October 6, 1941 in Pitkin to the union of Willie Dale Doyle and Beatrice (McDaniel) Doyle. She retired from the Babcock Center. Jo Ann was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Dale and Beatrice Doyle. Those left behind to cherish her memory are one son, Bobby Ray (Candice) Luhm of Alabama; four sisters, Diane White of Pitkin, Bonita Caldwell of Houston, Texas, Rita (Ken) Perkins of Oakdale and Lannette (Darrell) Fee of Oakdale; two brothers, C.J. (Leah) Doyle of Navasota, Texas and Dean Doyle of Alexandria; two grandchildren, Samantha Luhm and Nathan Luhm; and a host of family and friends. Pallbearers to serve will be Logan Willis, Shawn Coker, Wesley Johnson, Ken Perkins, Johnny Johnson and Justin Doyle. Visitation will be held in the White Oaks Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m., then on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from 8 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. in the chapel.
