Mrs. Phillips was a member of Goshen Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Tony Phillips; sons, Tony Gene Phillips, Joe Steven Phillips and John Grant Elledge, Jr.; daughter, Sandra Hendrix; brothers, Steve Caldwell, Tommy Caldwell, Gene Caldwell; and sister, Mary Duncan. Graveside service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Boomer with Pastor Brian Miller officiating.
