Mrs. Latham was born in Buffalo, October 20, 1933, a daughter of the late Rev. E. Howard Fisher and Lois (Ingle) Fisher. A member of New Hope Baptist Church, she was a homemaker. Mrs. Latham was predeceased by a daughter, Duane Comer and a son, William David Latham. Funeral services were held Monday, September 12, 2011 at the S. R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev.
