Description	:	Joe Krupicka, son of Frank and Magdelina Altman Krupicka, was born near Crete, Neb., November 16, 1888. He passed away at the Lynch clinic in Fairbury, Neb., Thursday, January 19, 1967, at the age of 78 years, 2 months and 3 days. The family moved to near Tobias, where Joe grew to manhood. He was united in marriage to Minda Steinbrook January 25, 1911. To this union were born two sons. Read More	Joe Krupicka, son of Frank and Magdelina Altman Krupicka, was born near Crete, Neb., November 16, 1888. He passed away at the Lynch clinic in Fairbury, Neb., Thursday, January 19, 1967, at the age of 78 years, 2 months and 3 days. The family moved to near Tobias, where Joe grew to manhood. He was united in marriage to Minda Steinbrook January 25, 1911. To this union were born two sons. They lived on a farm south of Tobias all their married life, retiring in the year 1951, when they moved to Tobias. Mr. Krupicka loved the great outdoors and his pleasure was to work in the fields of growing crops. Even though he retired, he enjoyed going back tot he farm to lend a helping hand to his two sons whenever possible. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Mr. and Mrs. Krupicka had the privilege of enjoying married life together nearly 56 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Minda, two sons, Vernon and Lester; two daughters-in-law, six grandchildren, one grandson being in the U. S. Navy; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Pribyl of Wilber and Mrs. Emma Houser of Daykin; many other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, one sister, Mrs. Mary Steinbrook, and a younger brother. Funeral services were conducted from the Tobias Community Church Sunday, January 22, at 2 p.m. with Robert Sink officiating. Miss Connie Knutzen and Miss Joyce Smith sang "How Great Thou Art" and "Abide with Me." Burial was in the Tobias Cemetery. Pallbearers were Nicholas F. Markey Jr., William J. Kottas, ElRoy Bartels, Louis Stofer, Dean Baldwin and Walter Endorf. The Nebraska Siganl 26 January 1967 -------------------------
