Description	:	The record of John Braiden's death is found in the St. Andrew's United Church registers, noting that he died at age 57, matching the age given for him in the 1861 census of Amaranth Township. His will, probated in 1869, gives his date of death as August 25, 1866. John would have first been buried in the Presbyterian cemetery in Orangeville and removed after 1876 when the two 'new' town cemeteries opened. He does not appear in the surviving burial register of Forest Lawn and therefore would have been removed to Greenwood where his wife and other...
