Lived on a farm west of Gibbon until 1940; moved to their farm northeast of Miller; drilled irrigation wells, farmed and fed cattle until he retired. Survivors include his daughters, Mary of Lincoln and DiAnn Frese of Miller; two grandsons; and two great-grandsons; son-in-law, Dave Frese of Miller.
