He is survived his wife, Mary Lucille Trossbach Sivak, whom he married July 19, 1952 in St. Michael's Church, Ridge, MD, three daughters, Mary Lou Garrison of Lexington Park, MD, Rose Sivak of Lexington Park, MD, Agnes Winans of Wichita, KS, two sons, Alan Sivak and Bruce Sivak both of Lexington Park, MD, 11 grandchildren, a sister, Sister Mary Augustine of Grand Rapids, MI, Pauline Hoffman of Sterling, VA, and a brother, Francis Sivak of Middleton, OH. He was preceded in death by a son, Charles David Sivak and two brothers, Albert Sivak and Paul Sivak.
