Description	:	John E. Beeson, 81, of Clarkson, Nebraska, died Friday, March 16, 2018, at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Clarkson with Fr. Rod Kneifl celebrating the mass. Interment will be in the Stanton Cemetery, Stanton, Nebraska. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:30 PM with a Vigil Service at 6:30 PM at the church. John Eitel Beeson was born on December 16, 1936, to Juanita Beeson in Brookhaven, Mississippi. After growing up in Mississippi, John joined the Air National Guard. While stationed in Denver, he met his wife and life-long partner, Julie Armbruster Beeson. They wed on November 22, 1958. In 1962, they moved back to the family farm near Stanton, where he joined his father-in-law, Clarence Armbruster, in running the farm. For the next fifty years, he worked as a cattle feeder and farmer before retiring. John was a proud member of the Stanton County Feeders Association and Lyons Club. He was also an active member of the St. Peters Catholic Parish of Stanton. In 2012, John and Julie moved to Clarkson to be closer to their family. John passed away on March 16, 2018 to be reunited with his wife Jules. John was preceded in death by the love of his life Julie, his eldest son Michael, sister Betty, and mother Juanita. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter-in-law Lisa Beeson of Waverly, daughters Kristine Beeson of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ann (Adam) Cerv, Jenny (Mike) Hamernik, and son Bob (Suzie) Beeson all of Clarkson. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, Catie, Corbin, Jacy, Amanda, Ellie, Alex, Abbey, Jack, Maddie, Cully, Joe, Mitch, Drew, and four great grandchildren. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh, devotion to family, and his ability to fix anything with almost nothing.
