Interment will be in the Stanton Cemetery, Stanton, Nebraska. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5:00 - 6:30 PM with a Vigil Service at 6:30 PM at the church. Julie Ann was born on June 27, 1937 to Clarence and Zona (Barr) Armbruster of Stanton, Nebraska. Julie received her formal education through Stanton Public Schools, where she graduated in 1955. Julie moved to Denver, Colorado, where she attended Loreto Heights Business College. While in Denver, she met her husband and life-long partner, John Beeson. They wed on November 22, 1958, in Denver. In 1962, they moved back to the family farm near Stanton where Julie was a dedicated mother and raised five children. After the children were grown, Julie went to work at the Farmers Union Coop elevator, followed by the ASCS office for a number of years. She then worked at the Nursing Home where she served dutifully for twelve years. She was a member of the St. Peter’s Catholic Church, altar society, and P.E.O. In 2012, John and Julie moved to Clarkson to be closer to their family. Julie leaves to cherish her memory her husband, John, sister Janet (Ken) Meyer of Stanton, her daughter-in-law Lisa Beeson of Waverly, daughters Kristine Beeson of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ann (Adam) Cerv, Jenny (Mike) Hamernik, and son Bob (Suzie) Beeson all of Clarkson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren: Catie, Corbin, Jacy, Amanda, Ellie, Alex, Abbey, Jack, Maddie, Cully, Joe, Mitch, Drew, and four great grandchildren. Julie was preceded in death by her loving parents Clarence and Zona Armbruster, her sister Jeanie, and her eldest son Michael. She will be remembered for her quick wit, her slow temper, and her tireless devotion to family.
