Description	:	We regret to learn of the death, by cancer of the stomach, of John Brown, of Mink Creek, which occurred last Saturday. The funeral took place on Monday at the Le Mars cemetery, under the auspices of the G.A.R. A large concourse of friends and neighbors followed the remains to the grave. Mr. Brown was well informed, of good sense, and highly respected. He had been township clerk of Washington township for the past ten years.
