Description	:	John James Maska of Gresham died of lung disease Monday in a Gresham care center. He was 86. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. John's Catholic Church in Vancouver, Wash. Interment will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery. He was born Dec. 25, 1904, in Hays, Kan. Mr. Maska lived in Southern California for a number of years and was employed as a grip in the movie industry. He worked for Desilu Studios before retiring and moving to the Portland area in 1967.
