Description	:	CHARLOTTESVILLE – John Justin "Buck" Fitzgerald, 45, died Tuesday (May 6, 1975) in University Hospital here. He was a driver for the yellow Cab Co. and an army veteran. Mr. Fitzgerald was born here Jan. 25, 1930, a son of Mrs. Callie Mohler Fitzgerald of Afton and the late Albert J. Fitzgerald. Also surviving are one brother, James Fitzgerald of Baltimore; one sister, Mrs. Dolly Trafny of Portage, Ind; one half-brother, the Rev. John V. Fitzgerald an one half-sister, Mrs. Lina Leisher, both of Baltimore. A funeral will be held... Read More	CHARLOTTESVILLE – John Justin "Buck" Fitzgerald, 45, died Tuesday (May 6, 1975) in University Hospital here. He was a driver for the yellow Cab Co. and an army veteran. Mr. Fitzgerald was born here Jan. 25, 1930, a son of Mrs. Callie Mohler Fitzgerald of Afton and the late Albert J. Fitzgerald. Also surviving are one brother, James Fitzgerald of Baltimore; one sister, Mrs. Dolly Trafny of Portage, Ind; one half-brother, the Rev. John V. Fitzgerald an one half-sister, Mrs. Lina Leisher, both of Baltimore. A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Pentecostal Holiness Church in Afton, with interment in the church cemetery. Hawkins Funeral Chapel here is in charge of arrangements. Notes: Buck was found shot in his cab. Although death certificate states that it was suicide and that he shot himself, there was evidence that it could have been homicide. He was left handed and the wound was to his right side of his head and the gun was found on his right side and one of his shoes was in the back seat of the cab.
