Description	:	John Kelly Frost Sr. "Johnny" was a constable in Allen County, Ky for at least 16 yrs. He was married to Josie Clyde Frost and they had/have several children/grandchildren. At the current date of this writing (2021) they have two surviving children, Dixie Williams and Harold Frost. The home where John and Josie lived mostly and raised their children at in Allen County, Ky is no longer there but was located in the area of the middle and high school in Scottsville and Cartertown, Cartertown Rd. The area used to be... Read More	John Kelly Frost Sr. "Johnny" was a constable in Allen County, Ky for at least 16 yrs. He was married to Josie Clyde Frost and they had/have several children/grandchildren. At the current date of this writing (2021) they have two surviving children, Dixie Williams and Harold Frost. The home where John and Josie lived mostly and raised their children at in Allen County, Ky is no longer there but was located in the area of the middle and high school in Scottsville and Cartertown, Cartertown Rd. The area used to be mostly country and the road that runs in front of the middle and high school wasn't there.... the land was sold by a family member and the area was developed and road and stuff was added.... They lived in the " country" in a small farm type home area. John Kelly Frost Sr... had a road named after him that was John Frost Road but at this time (2021) may now be named John Kelly Drive. He was a valued member to the Allen County area during his time living in Allen County. His picture hung and may still be at the courthouse of Scottsville, KY. He passed his strength and determination on to his children and grandchildren. His wife Josie died before he did and John eventually was under the care of his daughter Dixie Williams, and she helped him and handled his affairs until he passed away... he was buried beside his wife, Josie.
