Orangeville Sun, March 7, 1901, page 3 - Old Resident Dead Mr. John Mitchell, an old resident of Orangeville, formerly Mono, died at his residence on Mill street on Friday. He was 87 years of age. A wife and grown-up family survive him. The remains were interred in Mitchell's church graveyard on Sunday.
