Description	:	The Piedmont Herald, Aug 10, 1900- - John Muir, Sr., died at Lonaconing last Thursday, aged 79 years. He came from Ayrshire, Scotland 49 years ago. About 40 years ago Mr. Muir received injuries which disabled him to such an extent that he had been unable to work for a number of years past. Besides his aged widow, he is survived by the following named children: Michael and Mrs. Isaac Bradburn of Lonaconing; John of Lonaconing; William of Midland; Matthew of Rock Springs, Wyoming; Mrs. James Martin of Cumberland; Mrs H.
