Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Emma Pelt; two sons, Deford and Noleen Pelt of Leesville; two daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Johnson of Pitkin and Mrs. Goldie Price of Leesville; his father, Jim Pelt of Pitkin; two brothers, Frank and John Pelt of Pitkin and 8 grandchildren.
