He was a member of the Altoona Lions Club and the Altoona United Methodist church. Mr. Kurtzweil is survived by his wife Stella M.; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Milburn of Houston, Tex., and Mrs. Betty Epp of Omaha; a brother Ernest of Los Altos, Calif.; five sisters, Mrs. Emma Sutton of Boone and Mrs. Florence Freeburn, Eva, Ruth and Faith, all of Altoona; a foster sister, Mrs. Doris Robshaw of Kansas City and five grandchildren.
