Read More	SOURCE: Greenville News, Page 3 DATE: Friday, May 14, 1920 JOHN ROBERT GOSNELL DIED EARLY YESTERDAY John Robert Gosnell for the past fifteen years a resident of Greenville died at 10:15 yesterday morning at his residence No. 213 David Street, after a lingering illness, in his forty-seventh year. Mr. Gosnell was well known in this city, having been connected with the Mansion House Barber Shop for a number of years, later becoming manager of the Ottaray Hotel Barber Shop and more recently having been connected with Rabon's Shop on Main Street. He was a member and regular attendant at Central Baptist Church in this city. Also he was a member of Cedar Camp Woodmen of the World in this city. Funeral services will be conducted at four o'clock this afternoon from Central Baptist Church. Rev. Mark Osborne will conduct the services and the interment will be in Springwood cemetery. The services at the grave will be in charge of Cedar Camp, Woodmen of the World. The following gentlemen, members of the degree team of this camp, will act as pallbearers: Arthur Chambers, J.A. Adams, C.E. McKinney, F.W. Parks, H.N. Cooper, J.D. Woodall, and Harry Goodwin. {transcribed by Cathy Griffith}
