The son of George and Katie Kula Siemek, he was born April 27, 1887, in Polk county, and most of his life was spent in Polk and Nance counties. The past nine years he had resided in Golden, Colo. Mr. Siemek, a bachelor, is survived by five brothers, Charles and Adolph of Silver Creek, Levi of Clarks, and Alois and Steve of Osceola; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Koziol, Chicago, Mrs. Helen Stanczyk of Golden, Colo., Mrs. Josephine Gembica, Central City, and Mrs. Clara Zelazny of Clarks.
