Description	:	Jolena Fern Nowell was born in Fall River, Kansas, to Hazel and Chris Ghramm August 13, 1928 and passed away in St. Joseph's hospital in Wichita October 21,1965 at the age of 37 years, two months and eight days. She grew to womanhood in Fall River, graduating with the class of 1946. She attended college in Emporia and taught two years in rural schools near Fall River. On January 24, 1947, she was united in marriage to Marion Nowell at Bentonville, Ark. They made their home in Wichita, where they resided until her death. She leaves to mourn... On January 24, 1947, she was united in marriage to Marion Nowell at Bentonville, Ark. They made their home in Wichita, where they resided until her death. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband and two daughters, Sharon and Jacque, three sons, Raymond, Ronnie and Phillip, all of the home. One child, Donnie, preceded her in death, age one year; also her parents, Hazel and Chris Ghramm, two brotheres, Clyde of Phoenix, Ariz. , Lawrence of Fall River; four sisters, Opal Pulley of Arlington, Tx., Phyllis Fox of Arvada, CO., Nina Rees of Bonner Springs, Vera Bahr of Eureka; and many other relatives and friends are left to mourn her loss. Funeral services were held Sat. Oct. 23, at 2:00p.m. from the Methodist Church in Fall River conducted by Rev. Florence Stewart, and interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Carson Funeral Home. Casket beares were Oscar Foulke, Harry McGinnis, Benny Brut, Eugene Cummings, James Pennington, Curtis Eshbaugh.
