Description	:	Joseph F. Sebesta, who was 92 years old January 22, died at 5 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the home of his son, John Sebesta, in Otter Creek township. Death came as a direct result of a paralytic stroke suffered March 4. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Holy Trinity church, conducted by Rev. Father Balloun, who is in charge of Rev. Dvorak, John Dvorak, John Ledvina, and Louis Rebik. Mr. Sebesta was born in Bohemia, January 22, 1845, and came to this country in 1868. He first located in York township, later moving to Marshall county and residing near Quarry for five years. The family then returned to York township and resided there until the death of Mrs. Sebesta in 1914. Since that time he had made his home with the son, John. Three sons and one daughter were born to Mr. and Mrs. Sebesta. The daughter died in Bohemia and one son at Quarry, both in their infancy. Joseph died in Tama county September 7, 1927, at the age of 55. The only living child, John, was four years old when he came to this country with his parents.
