Funeral services are being held today, Thursday, April 4, 1963, at the Baptist Church in Akron. His wife, the former Hannah Isabell Gray, died just twenty years ago. He is survived by two sons, Clifford of Correctionville, Walter of Elk Point, South Dakota, a daughter, Mrs. Lela Lange of Elk Point, South Dakota, two stepsons, Ralph Sparks of Downey, California, and Orrie Sparks of Akron, Iowa, and one brother, Roy Beason.
