Considine, Dumont, early Friday morning were held in the Hitesville, Iowa Gospel Hall Sunday afternoon. Doctor Edward W. Day , pastor of the local Congregational church, conducted the rites and burial was in the Hitesville cemetery. Mrs. Trimble was born Josephine Hites, daughter of John C. and Mary Ann Hites, in Butler County April 1, 1860. She was a year and 13 days old when the Civil War broke out. Iowa was then a frontier state. July 13, 1884, she was married to A.D. Cripps and to them were born two children, Mrs. Considine and a son, Alfred, who died last March 9. Mr, Cripps died in 1885. October 24, 1888, Mrs. Crips Married David Trimble who died June 1, 1924. to them were born two sons, John D. and Earl C. Trimble, both of Clear Lake. Besides her three children Mrs.Trimble is survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, her son Alfred, and a grandson Wayne Considine. She married David Trimble October 24, 1888
