She was born Feb. 19, 1918, in Ottoville to Charles and Anna Plescher Perrin, who preceded her in death. On Aug. 26, 1939, she married Ralph E. Shaw, who died May 9, 2002. Mrs. Shaw was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Lima and its Altar Rosary Society. She was a member of the Railroaders Wives Club. She was preceded in death by a son, Randy Shaw; a son-in-law, Jack DeTurk; a daughter-in-law, Pat Shaw; and a brother, Bud Perrin. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. David Ross will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
