Born on September 20, 1942 in Hicksville, Joyce was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Ila (Sholl) Wonderly. Joyce was a 1960 graduate of Hicksville High School, and later went on to Northwest State Community College to become an LPN. On December 30, 1960 Joyce was united in marriage to Robert Hart and he survives. After spending many years serving the public as a nurse, she retired. Born on September 20, 1942 in Hicksville, Joyce was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Ila (Sholl) Wonderly. Joyce was a 1960 graduate of Hicksville High School, and later went on to Northwest State Community College to become an LPN. On December 30, 1960 Joyce was united in marriage to Robert Hart and he survives. After spending many years serving the public as a nurse, she retired. Joyce was also a member of the First Church of Christ in Hicksville. She loved spending her days gardening, camping, and going to hospice centers to sit and talk with their residents. Surviving Joyce are her children; Gregory (Lisa) Wonderly, Betsy (Kevin) Roberts, Deanna (Dave) Mayhew, Christy (Drew) Frost; brothers, Donal (Betty), Lewis (Donna), Phillip (Sandy) Wonderly; Sisters-in-law, Ruth and Luella Wonderly; eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers; Glenn, James, and Kenny Wonderly; sisters, Rachael Fritz, Leila Hook; and sister-in-law, Shirley Fritz. A funeral service for Joyce will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am with one hour of visitation prior to the funeral at Smith and Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville. Memorials may be made to CHP Hospice of Defiance.
