Description	:	NAPOLEON -- Julia Ann (Rabe) Meyer-Arps was born August 6, 1916, to Herman and Emma (Precht) Rabe. She was baptized by Rev. F.J. Lankenau on August 20, 1916. She joined Emanuel Lutheran Church shortly thereafter. She served as a Sunday school teacher, she was on the Altar Guild, active in Bible study and also served on the hospital auxiliary. She is survived by a son, Lavern (Mary Ann) Meyer; four grandchildren, Hugh (Olga) Pullen, Dawn Pullen, Kathy (Tim) Ferguson and Karen (Eric) Oberhaus; four great-grandchildren, Lindsay Ferguson, Alex Ferguson, Ryan Oberhaus and Jenna Oberhaus. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Meyer; daughter, Joyce Pullen in 2005; her parents; sister, Louise Hoffman (#73382215); brother, Rudolph Rabe; and one stepgrandson. On August 14, 1999, she married Walter Arps who had four children, Larry, Ken (Pam) Arps, Lois (Steve) Pifer and Kathy (Bart) Rittenhouse; 10 stepgrandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Walter preceded her in death on December 17, 2007. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011, from 4-8 p.m. in the Wright-Habegger Funeral Home, 302 E. Maple St., Liberty Center, Ohio 43532. The funeral service will be held Thursday, December 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the Emanuel Lutheran Church, 810 Scott Street, Napoleon, Ohio. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
